2. Are your products cruelty-free?Yes, La Lune is proudly cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals, and we only work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices. We believe in creating products that are both luxurious and compassionate.

What are fragrance oils?Fragrance oils are concentrated liquid scents used to add aromas to a vast array of products like candles, soaps, perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, detergents, household cleaners, and more. Not all fragrance oils are created equal, But what we use are considered Clean. 100% of our fragrance oils are formulated without phthalates. 4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days, and shipping times will vary based on your location. In general, domestic orders take between 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

As new research emerges, we continuously stay informed and up-to-date to ensure that our products meet the latest safety and sustainability guidelines. It is important to remember that the skin is our body’s largest organ, and we strive to create products that are not only effective but also gentle and safe for all users. At La Lune, we use CandleScience Clean Scents. The CleanScents framework avoids carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, and acute toxins. Every single one used is vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without phthalates and ingredients found on California’s Proposition 65 list. And with the use of proper ventilation and basic personal protective equipment—like gloves and glasses— all our fragrances exceed widely accepted fragrance industry standards.
